In 2015, MLB Slugfest had four editions: 2003, 2004, “Loaded,” and 2006. Loaded is the only baseball game ever rated “T” by the Entertainment Software Rating Board. Slugfest 2006, the most recent of the four, is popular due to its humor and bugs.
