This version of Mario Kart 64, known as Mario Kart 64: Amped Up, is a modification of the original game that includes the addition of 12 new courses, a new soundtrack, and a distinct “N64 Coin Mode.” You will unlock a starman power-up if you are able to find all eight coins that are dispersed around the course. In addition, your maximum speed will rise with each coin you acquire. A number of different configurations may be altered using the menu that appears on the title screen.
